design process:
Initial
site visit: Give us a call today to organise your free, initial site visit
where we will explore your options and talk through your ideas and discuss any
proposals or concerns that you may have. We will discuss everything clearly
with you and tell you whether we think you are likely to have a successful
application.Measured
surveys: This is an accurate and reliable way for us to assess and locate
any service utilities and drainage systems within the boundaries of the siteSketch
schemes: At this stage of the process, the proposals will be presented to
the customer, so that we can carefully go through everything during the initial
stages of the project3D
Visuals: We use this as an additional tool to help us to properly highlight
all of the aspects of the proposed final structure, and to make it a lot easier
to visualisePlanning
drawings: When, and only when, the client is happy we will then draw up
plans that will be submitted to the authorities to attain planning permission.
These will include details such as a site location, site plan, floor plan,
elevations and sections plansBuilding
regulation drawings: As soon as planning permission has been granted for
the project, we will draw up more detailed plans that will allow construction
to begin
